Q1: How many times I can enjoy the "1 Bottle Promo RM38"?

A1: Every member can only enjoy once only.

Q2: What can I get after purchase?

A2: You will get ONE (1) voucher code for every bottle/ bundle purchased. You will received corresponding amount of voucher in your Herbal Farmer account issued by our CS in 24-48hours after purchase (Cut off time to issue voucher is every Monday-Friday after 10am). 

Q3: Where can I redeem the vouchers?

A3: With the vouchers in your account, you can go any participating outlets to redeem the product(s) regardless of stores you choose upon checkout at different visits.

*Please note: Only selected outlets are available for redemption. Redemption is not available at Johor Jaya, and Sri Petaling outlets at the moment.

 You are encouraged to call the outlet (Refer Outlets list) you wish to redeem product before your arrival, or reach to our CS to check stock availability at 601155021335. Our CS operating hours is 9am-6pm from Monday to Friday. 

Q4: How long the vouchers will be valid?

A4: Each voucher will be valid for 90days upon claim. Please make sure to use it before expire. 

Q5: Can I use this vouchers on other item?

A5: No, this voucher can only be used to redeem Fresh Stew Bird's Nest 1 bottle or Fresh Stew Bird's Nest 1 Bundle (depending which voucher you are using).
